Just a few short days ago, the XFL announced Bob Stoops will be the head coach and general manager of the Dallas XFL team. This news came 20 months after Stoops retired as the “winningest” coach in Sooners history, boasting a 190-48 record, 10 Big 12 title wins, and a national championship.
